Today is Palm Sunday. Incidentally, Palm Sunday this year falls on the first of April. For us at Talonggo, this signals the official start of summer 2007. For most students, classes ended the other week.
The sun is working overtime and yes, people are traveling in droves to their respective provinces. For those heading up to Boracay, expect heavy pedestrian traffic on White Beach.
For some of us Talonggos, we still travel to Negros and Iloilo via the old-fashioned way...in a cabin on a Negros Navigation vessel.
