Kansi and Other Negrense Favorites

As I write, I am craving for Kansi.  Yes that Ilonggo/Negrense favorite which is the southern version of the Tagalog's Bulalo.  I am wondering at this time where I can get Kansi. 

Unfortunately, Ribs and Bones in Poblacion has already closed.
