Laid Back Saturday Lunch at 59c Paseo de Roxas

I grew up in the seventies seeing columnar pad every Saturday. For my kids and other millennials, columnar pad was the forerunner of Lotus 123 and your Excel. Paymasters manually computed the workers pay for the week after the "cabo" would submit his reports.

Today, columnar pad is used in a different way. At 59c Paseo de Roxas, it serves as the placemat for diners.

I recommend the Hainanese Chicken at 59c. For the Talonggos who will visit, I am sure you will easily be charmed by the architecture and interior of the place which will take you back 40 years in time.
