How To Get Your Bacolod Chicken Inasal Fix

One of the things we miss in the big city, Metro Manila, is our regular fix of Chicken Inasal.  I can't believe I've been close to 20 days without having authentic Bacolod Inasal!

Once the Enhanced Community Quarantine is over, I'll have to do the different authentic chicken inasal brands one by one.

For now though, I am posting the important numbers for Bacolod Chicken Inasal.  Yes, the one that's known best to be on Jupiter Street, Makati.
